"Much easier to clean than my old decanter"
I got a decanter from Decant House, and compared to the one I had before, this one is so much less of a hassle to clean. It rinses out really quickly and doesn’t leave those weird water spots my old one always seemed to get.

I picked up a decanter from decanthouse.com, and overall it’s been decent. It looks really nice on the table, and the glass feels solid enough. The only thing is the pouring can be a little inconsistent. If I go slow, it’s usually fine, but every now and then it drips down the side and leaves a small mess. Not a huge deal, but for the price, I was hoping it would pour a bit smoother.

"Easy way to test scents first"
I ordered a few fragrance decants because I’m not trying to blind buy full bottles anymore, and everything showed up in good shape. The labels were clear, sprays worked fine, no leaks or anything weird. Shipping was about what I expected, maybe even a little quicker, which was nice. Also, I liked that the product pages actually tell you the size and the notes, because sometimes I get lost comparing scents and forget what I was even looking for. One of the scents wasn’t really my thing, but that’s kind of the whole reason to get samples. I’d use Decant House again

It looks nice and worked fine overall, but the material feels a little weaker than I was expecting. After using it for a bit, I started noticing some small signs of wear. I also wish the instructions had been clearer, because I had to figure a few things out on my own. It’s not terrible, just feels average to me.

"Great gift for a whisky or wine fan"
I got a decanter from Decant House as a birthday gift, and yeah... it went down really well. It looked really nice without being too over the top, and the box was decent too, which made it feel a bit more gift-worthy. i’d probably buy one again for someone who’s into whisky or wine.

"I had to return something because..."
I had to return something because I ordered the wrong item, and I was expecting a hassle. I’m usually skeptical of customer service because it feels like you get bounced around or ignored half the time, but this went better than I thought. They answered my question quickly, I sent the item back, and the refund showed up a few days later without me having to chase anyone. Smooth overall, and I’d probably order from Decant House again...

I ordered from decanthouse mainly because the prices were better than a few other sites I looked at. As someone who’s careful about spending and hates feeling like I overpaid, I was happy with the experience. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but everything arrived packed well and the quality was solid for the price, maybe even a little better than I expected. I’d definitely consider ordering again, especially if you’re the type who likes finding a decent deal

I had a question about my order and emailed Decant House, not expecting a super quick reply. But they got back to me faster than I figured and explained everything really clearly. I also had a small tracking issue, and they handled it without making it feel like a hassle. I already had a good feeling about ordering from them, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. "Looks lovely, but I wish it felt sturdier"
I really like how this decanter looks sitting on my shelf, it has a nice, classy vibe and makes the space feel a bit more put together. That said, I was a little disappointed when I picked it up because the glass feels thinner than I expected. It’s not a bad piece at all, and I’m still happy to display it, but I was hoping it would feel a bit more solid and high-quality in hand...

There was a lot to pick from, which was nice. I didn’t have to wander around forever trying to find something decent, unlike some places where it kind of feels like they barely bothered to stock the shelves. Overall, easy to find what I needed.

The bottle showed up perfectly safe, which I really appreciated. It was packed with a lot of padding, so it wasn’t just loose in the box or anything like that. The box itself didn’t have any dents or crushed corners either, which usually tells me it was handled well during shipping. Overall, everything arrived clean, secure, and exactly how I’d hope it would

"Nice site, but the waiting got annoying"
I really liked the look of decanthouse. The design is clean without feeling boring, and the bottles are displayed in a way that makes browsing easy. The colors and layout are simple, which I actually prefer. My only frustration was the waiting here and there, it made the experience feel a bit slower than I wanted. Still, overall it’s a really nice site to look at.

I ordered a decanter with my dad’s name on it, and in my opinion it turned out really nice. The personalization options were simple to choose from and didn’t feel confusing at all. When it arrived, it looked just like I was hoping it would. My dad seemed genuinely happy with it, so I’d definitely consider ordering again

"Delivery showed up exactly when promised"
I ordered from Decant House and the delivery arrived right on time, just like they said it would. I didn’t have to chase anyone for updates or deal with random delays, which already puts them ahead of a few other places I’ve ordered from. The package showed up in good shape too. Overall, really smooth experience and I’d definitely order from them again.
